Bay Area Kapa Making Group Update – we are meeting at 12:45 Saturday 1/30/2010 at the Academy of Sciences (San Francisco) at the front where we pay – for a “behind the scenes” tour with Curator Russ Hartman. Bring $24.95 for adults; $19.95 youth 12-17, student or senior 65+; $14.95 child 4-11. There may be discounts for those with Unions or memberships like AAA. So far we have a group of 4. For those non-kapa making friends, kapa is Hawaiian bark cloth.
